Ladies- Good bread = marvels aplenty.
I've attempted foccacia twice. Twice it's turned out like cardboard. Very frustrating.
You need an Aga Lizzie. Or come over and have a go.
As I'm a diehard advocate of cakes, the focaccia is in my opinion a half cake/half bread entity. It's also my favourite type of bread.
Olive oil abound, saying no this additional drenching is not an option.
